AEC Hackathon | Philadelphia brings together professional software & hardware developers and forward thinking building industry professionals to enhance the buildings and cities around us through technology. Join tech developers and AEC Professionals (architecture, engineering, construction) to create tech solutions and solve specific challenges for the built environment.

Join us at the Department of Energy’s Consortium for Building Energy Innovation (CBEI) HQ at the Philadelphia Navy Yard on Feb 26th-28th to build a data-driven design solution, mobile app, virtual reality solution or a web-based application that improves the built environment around you.

AEC Hackathon 3.0 will kick-off on Friday evening with an open networking and team formation event for participants and the general public. The event will conclude on Sunday when teams present their final creations, and prizes are awarded for the best solutions to the challenges posed by the sponsors.

Technologies usually seen at AEC Hackathons: Interactive 3D, Digital Fabrication, RFID/ iBeacons, sensors, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Cloud Services, Drones, Mobile and Web applications.
